Life in Colour Event

On Sunday, 17 September, the Universal Church will host the ‘Life in Colour’ event. This initiative aims to combat one of the greatest evils of this century: depression — feelings of despair and hopelessness—that sadly lead many people to give up on life all together.
Statistics from Mind, a mental health charity in the UK reveal that events over the past years, such as the pandemic, have had a substantial toll on many individuals and their mental health. According to Mind, 1 in 6 adults in the UK experience difficulty managing their overall wellbeing and are battling conditions such as depression, anxiety, excessive stress and loneliness.
Have you felt like you are living a life without colour?
If you find that day to day activities or hobbies you once enjoyed no longer give you the same thrill and are often immersed in insufferable deep sadness, know that it needn’t need to be this way. There is a way to find the joy of living again.
No matter the root of why or how you’ve reached this point in life, know that you don’t have to suffer alone. If you need and want spiritual help and support to find strength to get back control of your life, do not miss the Life in Colour event which will be taking place at Universal Church this Sunday at 11am.
If you or someone you know could benefit from this event, join us! We believe that the message and prayers on the day will not only help empower you with an inner strength to keep on fighting, but also challenge you to see your life differently.
