Bishop Macedo welcomes warriors from the Zulu Tribe, at Soweto Cathedral, South Africa

On August 28, on a missionary trip to South Africa, Bishop Edir Macedo held the service at Soweto Cathedral, alongside Bishop Marcelo Pires, currently responsible for Universal Church in the country.
The start of work in Soweto:
As the meeting began, Bishop Marcelo recalled when Universal arrived in the city, a time when whites were not welcome, as they represented oppression. In addition, he also pointed out the many times he was saved by the assistants while evangelising.
“My first word in English was ‘get out demon’, I couldn’t speak anymore. We were told: if you go to Soweto, they will kill you. And that’s how we arrived: in these conditions, without help, with various problems in the country, whites against blacks, blacks having to defend themselves, but because the Holy Spirit came upon us, He guided us, showed us how to work with you and look what God has done with us: we came to this great Cathedral, this is God’s Work!”
Special guests:
Prince Vanana Zulu, along with other princes and princesses, and Zulu warriors, were present at the meeting. “It doesn’t get any better than that, without racial discrimination, without looking at how you or the other people is dressed; what matters is that Christ is in charge!”, said the Prince, who gifted Bishop Macedo, saying he was very grateful for the blessing he received and for being in the presence of a man of God.
Update yourself quickly:
The Zulus are people who live in what is now South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Being that in South Africa they correspond to a total of 23.4% of the population, which represents about 44.3 million people.
Bishop Macedo’s prayer:
“One day, when I was 19 years old, I was walking alone, at night, and I prayed to God, I begged, I cried, that God would give me the privilege of winning one person to Jesus. 58 years have passed and we are here with you. And God knows we want to give you what He has given us! He knows, He knows my heart. You believe? Do you want? Do you agree with me? Jesus said, if two or three people agree on earth about anything they ask for, it will be done in Heaven.”
“It was the custom of the ancients to ‘receive the spirit from your parents, from your grandparents, to be stronger’, but the Spirit that we passed on to you, it is not from my parents, it is not from my ancestors, the Spirit that we passed on to you , now, is the Spirit that raised Jesus Christ. The Spirit of Him that resurrected us, we pass it on to you, we transfer it to you!”, he determined.
